May 2023 – TTC has been granted recertification of their Integrated Management System (IMS) certified by Perry Johnson Registrars (PJR) according to internationally recognized quality management principles set out by the International Standards Organization (ISO). ISO Standards 9001:2015; 20000-1:2018; 27001:2013 joint appraisals were performed by a Perry Johnson Registrars (PJR) approved appraiser with zero deficiencies nor findings.
ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) is the global benchmark for quality management. This QMS sets out the steps necessary to adopt a quality management system. It is designed to help ensure TTC meets the needs and expectations our customers and is based on internationally recognized quality management principles set out by the International Standards Organization (ISO).
ISO 20000 (Information Technology Service Management) optimizes IT infrastructure and reduces risk. This process follows methods to measure and evaluate performance, processes, and practices, providing more structured opportunities for continual improvement.
ISO 27001 (Information & Data Security) sets out the requirements of information security management systems and is part of the ISO 27000 family of standards relating to information and cyber security. ISO 27001-1 offers a comprehensive set of controls, based on best practices in information security.
By meeting the extensive criteria for these standards, TTC affirms its ability to consistently deliver an effective Integrated Management System, comply with security requirements, and drive continuous improvements to services and internal processes.
Also, TTC is certified Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 for both Services (CMMI-SVC 3) and Development (CMMI-DEV 3).
