Bovian TTC J/V Awarded STARS III 8(a) IDIQ

TTC is proud to announce its joint venture (J/V) with Bovian Enterprises, Bovian TTC LLC, was awarded a GSA STARS III contract. The GSA STARS III contract is a government wide, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year base period with one additional 5-year option period, totaling a potential 10-year contract life with a $50B ceiling.

The GSA STARS III is the GSA’s fourth-generation 8(a) GWAC and designed to provide federal agencies with innovative IT service-based solutions from vetted 8(a) small, disadvantaged businesses, in support of meeting socioeconomic contracting goals. Bovian TTC’s contract award comes after GSA conducted an extensive review of both TTC and Bovian’s past performance and capabilities to ensure that Bovian TTC as a JV provides advanced technology services with competitive pricing to government agencies.

GSA awarded the initial phase of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC on June 17, 2021. The contract’s notice to proceed is anticipated to be issued in July, effectively opening it for business. Once permitted, government agencies can leverage JV’s contract number 47QTCB21D0034.

TTC Awarded DOI Follow-On Contract

September 2020 – TTC was awarded the Department of Interior (DOI) follow-on contract to provide Management, Administrative, IT, and Financial Support Services.  Our experts directly support DOI’s Business Integration Office (BIO) five divisions and the Office of Grants Management (PGM) SAP life-cycle activities.  At multiple locations, TTC provides proof of concept development, road map creation, process work flows, testing, production, release management, training, and financial capital planning management.

TTC Awarded DHS/TSA SharePoint and SRS Support Contract

TTC was awarded the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) SharePoint and Seat Reservation System (SRS) support requirements contract.  TTC will assist TSA/Security Administrative Services (SAS) to achieve the required real estate efficiencies mandated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Reduce the Footprint Executive Order to all federal agencies.  With this follow-on contract, TTC’s support to TSA will be increased with us also providing AutoCAD design services to the Real Estate Management Division (REMD) and the Facilities and Infrastructure Branch Infrastructure Branch Enterprise Support (FAIB).

Air Force Strategic Transformation Support (AFSTS) Award

TTC subcontracting to our prime KPMG was awarded the Air Force Strategic Transformation Support (AFSTS) $990M 5 year IDIQ Contract.  5 companies will compete task orders to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Office of Business Transformation (SAF/MG) and Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) in managing and improving Strategic Transformation Initiatives at the enterprise level.

TTC Awarded Nellis USAF Fighter Weapons School 4th/5th Gen Air / Space / Cyber Integrated LFE Contract

TTC will support Alion (MacB) and the USAF with highly skilled qualified combat operations experts.  Led by our new Vice President, Patrick Minney, TTC will provide modeling and simulation / exercise, strategy and planning, and, LVC mission operations and execution expertise.  Our 4th and 5th generation FWIC/WIC instructor pilots and weapons directors/controllers, cyber security, civil engineering, and C4ISR team will support the premier USAF Fighter Weapons School and the warfighter.

MRAP Contract Award

TTC with our partner, PotomacWave was awarded the Air Combat Command (ACC) Logistics Directorate (A4) Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Weapons System Team (WST) Contract.  Our team will execute tactical and strategic logistics, maintenance planning, configuration management, technical analysis, policy, procedural development, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and program management support for the MRAP weapon system.

TTC is a certified HUBZone, CMMI Level 2 appraised in Software and Development & STARS II and IT-70 prime contractor.

TTC Awarded USAF AOC / AFFOR Contract

TTC Inc partnered with OASIS Pool 1 Small Business prime contractor, ITA International was awarded the USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) Requirements Division (A5C) Air Operations Center (AOC) and Air Force Forces (AFFOR) Contract. Our Joint Based Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia team will support to manage requirements and define, advocate, and prioritize modernization and sustainment of the AOC Weapon System (WS) and AFFOR systems and capabilities; these support the Air Component command and control (C2) responsibilities of Combatant Commanders around the world.

TTC Awarded USAF Air Combat Command (ACC) / A6 Unified Communications Support Contract

TTC and MacAulay-Brown (MacB), partnered with Prime ITA-International was awarded the ACC Communications Directorate (A6) Unified Communications Support 5 year contract. Our team will provide analysis, assessment and execution in support of ACC’s migrations of existing command networks into the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) managed enterprise Air Force Network (AFNet). Activities include system engineering, cyber RMF and FISMA, network infrastructure, architecture, installation, and configuration for cloud services, virtualization technologies, Commercial Mobile Technology (CMT), frequency spectrum management, programming and budget, administrative, tactical data links (TADIL), High Frequency Global Communication systems, Air Operations Center (AOC), Tactical Air Control (TACP), and other related systems and tasks.
