TTC (Technology and Telecommunications Consultants) Incorporated today announced leadership changes. Jose Rojas stated in his “A new era for TTC” message to employees, “Time always moves forward, and we have to move forward with it. I gave TTC many years of my life, but there is a point in time when you understand that is the end of the road for you. I gave TTC all I had, and at this point we need to take the company to the next level and need new leadership to make it happen. It is not hard for me to take this step because I know it is the right time to do it, and we picked the right person to get it done. It is my pleasure to introduce you to our next CEO, Sheri Robinson. Sheri has many years of experience in this business, she knows our customers and our customers know her. Since she started working here at TTC, Sheri has demonstrated that she really cares about our employees and our customers. She has the experience, knowledge, contact, energy and skills that our company needs to get to the next level, and I am confident that she will do a great job taking us there. TTC and us are in good hands under her leadership.”
No-one within our senior leadership team is leaving, however, we are re-organizing to accommodate our growth and awarding some hard-earned promotions:
- Previous the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2017, Sheri Robinson has been selected to be the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective 18 September 2022
- Ray Turner, Senior Vice President assumed the role of COO and became a managing partner on 1 July 2022
- Previous CEO, Jose Rojas will remain on the team as the new Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTO/CIO)
- Frank Vella will continue as TTC’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Patrick Minney, Vice President has been promoted to Senior Vice President effective 1 September 2022
Sheri Robinson stated, “I am honored to be TTC’s next CEO. It is a privilege to be partnered with leaders who share the same values and vision. TTC will continue to take care of our outstanding people and customers to best meet mission goals. I will do my best to serve the TTC team and our clients and look forward to further growing the company while increasing our high caliber delivery.”
