With TTC’s August 2024 OASIS Plus SB OASIS Pool 1 contract award, on 5 August 2024, we welcome two new Vice Presidents (VP) to join our Business Development (BD) team to provide capture management and lead proposals. Mr. Ken Sherwood previously served 23 years retiring from the United States Coast Guard. After supporting Northrup Grumman and Joint Forces Command, in early 2005, Ken joined Zel Technologies (ZelTech) advancing from a Program Manager to the VP of BD. During his BD tenure this past decade, Ken was directly responsible for ZelTech’s over $600M contract awards, of which $400M were awarded on OASIS SB. Mr. Rich Sullivan brings 12+ years directly supporting BD within the Federal and DoD environment. During his career, Rich successfully led and executed cradle to grave capture and BD life-cycle resulting in $800M in funded competitively awarded revenue across 80+ prime contract awards. During his 10–year tenure with Itility LLC, Rich was directly responsible for nearly $400M in contract awards. TTC is excited for these two highly skilled BD executives to join our team.
