Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Newport News, VA, TTC is a small business that delivers best value Professional Services and Information Technology (IT) services and solutions through the innovative application of our team members’ experience and use of current, innovative technologies. Our company owners Jose Rojas, Frank Vella, and Sheri Robinson continue to build upon the corporate philosophy established by Jose and Frank back in 2005. With Sheri coming on board in 2017, Jose and Frank embraced Sheri hands-on approach. All three are directly involved in company operations and are always available to our client’s company, customers, stakeholders and contracting representatives. They empower our onsite personnel to make decisions in the best interest of the customer mission. This gives our customers direct access to TTC’s highest corporate level and our delivery personnel unmatched authority to do what is in the best interest of the customers’ missions.
