Client: Georgia Army National Guard (GA ARNG)

Project: Technology and Telecommunications Consultants, Inc (TTC) is proud to support the Georgia Army National Guard by serving its deploying Soldiers. As members of the Resource Management Mobilization Assistance Team (RMMAT), we travel around the state to various Guard units that are preparing to mobilize. Our focus it is help Soldiers with the financial and administrative matters associated with deployment. The support includes assistance with pay, travel, personnel and accounting matters.

We ensure that all personnel payment coding is correct to avoid potential pay interruption. We assist Soldiers and staff with the administrative and financial paperwork necessary to begin pay entitlements. We verify the completion and accuracy of travel vouchers and expense reimbursement. Additionally, we validate the accuracy of the accounting system entries prior to each Soldier being deployed. We also support our Soldiers upon their return from deployment. By traveling to reintegration sites, we help Guard units complete the necessary pay, travel, personnel and accounting matters upon demobilization.

Client Results: In the first quarter of 2011, we serviced over 1000 Soldiers of the Georgia Army National Guard through either Mobilization or Reintegration. We have assisted deploying units in clearing 100% of mismatched items between the personnel and pay systems. We also make sure that every unit going out has 100% of its Soldiers loaded into the Defense Travel System. Our efforts have greatly reduced the pay problems that Mobilized Georgia Guard Soldiers experience.
