TTC’s Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) support ensured cradle-to-grave, organic Program Management Office (PMO) life-cycle management and operationalized IT for the USAF vehicle user community. TTC supported the USAF with highly skilled dedicated personnel to migrate and decommission five (5) legacy enterprise planning systems (ERP) into the only approved FMIS operating environment. TTC to upload / migrate 83K (1,828 non-accountable assets) into the DPAS Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) module for 99 locations. TTC supports 6,237 vehicle users with system administration DPAS access managing their accounts. Partnering with seven bases, we ensured 317 AF maintenance sites were trained and material processes were standardized. TTC established a DPAS Warehouse Model (WM) module implementation three-phased (Testing, IOC, and FOC) concept affecting 317 CONUS/OCONUS locations.
